Pulsing Xenia Live Coral & Nano Reef Supplies

Silver Tip Xenia coral has silver lines on the polyps, will color up bright blue under VHO, like the other xenia species, it pulses. It's bigger and taller than the other sp. of Xenia. They grow best in medium to high lighting, and feed on phytoplankton (Marine Plankton) and reef supplements, such as iodine, iodide, iron, strontium and trace elements.

Cespitularia have an irridescent glimmer as light is reflected off of tiny sclerites. With strong VHO blue or 20k Kelvin Radium lamps, they turn a stunning solid blue color. They are one of the most highly sought after of all Xenia sp. that is for sure. Fragments are one stalk of around 1-3 ". These corals are not for beginners and I would recommend this coral only for experienced hobbyists.
